Wee Kids

While parents attend our worship service, children birth through pre-K will be lovingly cared for in a fun, safe and secure environment.

Little ones birth through age one are allowed to play freely throughout the service. Dedicated volunteers will play with, read to and pray for your child, as well as take care of necessities such as diaper checks!

Two-year-olds enjoy free play and a simple curriculum introducing them to the Bible and Jesus.

Threes through pre-K enjoy Bible stories, songs and age-appropriate crafts and activities in both large and small group environments where they learn God made me, God loves me and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

If you're interested in dedicating your child, please visit the Child Dedication page.

This month, we're focusing on the Basic Truth: God loves me.

In October, the kids are learning to be brave, because God is with them. God can help them be brave, and they don't even need to be a super hero to be brave. We want them to begin thinking, "God can help me be brave even when I don't feel like I can."

Memory Verse

Deuteronomy 31:6 is the verse children will be learning this month. Below are the motions for this verse, or you can watch the video.

Be strong (put right forearm and wrist out in front of you, similar to Wonder Woman)
and courageous! (put left forearm and wrist out in front of you and hit wrists together)
Do not be afraid . . . (wind up in a crazy karate chop pose and chop down on the word "afraid"),
for the Lord (point your right hand up)
your God (point your left hand up)
goes with you (put both hands on hips in a "strong" pose),
Deuteronomy 31:6 (open your hands like a book).
